Responsibilities:

• Search for suitable candidates for the ToCoToCo stores in the available database
• Contact candidates by phone to make an appointment with the store managers
• Enter new employee profile information into the company system
• Manage received documents
• Register tax code for new employees
• Enter courier information
• Register with the receptionist for necessary stationery for the human resources department each month

• Prepare lessons based on available lesson plans
• Interact and encourage students to participate in class; Inspire and love learning English for students
• Caring for students enthusiastically and evaluating student progress throughout the course
• Propose solutions and ideas to improve the quality of students’ learning
• Participate in training programs and company engagement activities.
